There are many legal issues that may require a lawyer. While it is good to seek a lawyer once you have been charged with a crime, if possible, it is good to seek a lawyer before you or a loved one have been charged.

When hiring an attorney, it’s important to know what to expect before you dive in. At Jeremy Widder Law we will:

  • Discuss your case and pinpoint what your desired outcome is.
  • Research and analyze the facts and information available for your case.
  • If necessary, interview those involved.
  • Negotiate a plea bargain if both sides can reach a fair agreement.
  • Keep you informed throughout the duration of your case.
  • Answer your questions.
  • Be candid with you throughout the case.
  • Practice authenticity.
  • Listen to you.
  • Keep in confidence anything you say.

Before we begin working together, we will talk about your case and discuss the intricacies that make it unique. We will gather information from you and from there, decide if our partnership would be a good fit. To learn more, visit our Practice Areas to see if we are able to assist in your particular case
